Complete the hazard report

1.

In home page, click button

2.

In Hazard list page, select hazard report with status In Progress

3.

In Hazard Details page, click button

4.

Hazard status will be changed to Closed

5.

Pop up will be shown.

6.

Input completion date and input Keterangan tindak lanjut, after that you can click Submit.

7.

Hazard report status will changed to Closed
