Complete the observation

1.

In home page, click button

2.

In Observation list page, select observation report with status In Progress

3.

In Observation Details page, click button

4.

Observation status will be changed to Closed

5.

Pop up will be shown

6.

Input completion date and input Keterangan tindak lanjut, after that you can click submit

7.

Observation status will changed to Closed
