Create new observation
1.
In home page, click button

In Observation page, click button 
to create new Observation report
to create new Observation report3.
Input all details about observation, after that you can click Submit.
4.
Observation report will be reviewed first by PIC and the status is Pending. If observation report request is approved then your observation report status will changed to Open. Otherwise the status will changed to Rejected.
