Add new sample submission

1.

Go to Sample Tracking menu

2.

Select dispatch number, then click button

3.

You will be directed to page Sample tracking detail

4.

Click button

5.

Pop up window will be shown

Fill in the following field in the Sample Submission tab

After completing the form, click button Submit

Notes:

To submit packing list, you have to input packing list data as well, two form in 1 action.
