Add data to surface database point data

When entering or importing data into the Surface Database, the system automatically performs a series of validation checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency. These validation standards ensure that all records meet minimum quality and structural requirements.

Validation Rules:

1. Mandatory Fields
   • Area, X (Easting), Y (Northing), and Z (Elevation) fields must not be empty.
   • Records missing these key spatial attributes will be rejected during data entry or import.
2. Sample ID Uniqueness
   • Each Sample ID must be unique across the dataset.
   • Duplicate Sample IDs are not allowed, ensuring that each record can be accurately referenced and traced.

If any validation error is found, the import or save process will halt and display an error message identifying which rows or fields require correction.
